1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are made to order.
    Please allow 2–5 business days for processing and production before shipment.
    During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take a bit longer—we’ll notify you if there are any delays.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We offer both standard and express shipping options depending on your location:

Local/National 3–7 business days 1–3 business days
International 7–15 business days 3–7 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs, carrier delays).

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.
Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders or during promotions.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking
